Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the booking, payment and cancellation conditions for private journeys arranged by Saharavista Trips.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the requested itinerary is accepted and the 20% deposit has been received.

Payment

Prices are quoted in euros. Visa, MasterCard and PayPal are accepted. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free more than 14 days before departure. Cancellation between 14 and 5 days before departure receives a 50% refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.

Itinerary changes

Routes and experiences may be adjusted when necessary for safety, weather, availability or local conditions. Any material change will be communicated before the trip.
